Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the integrity and reliability of mobile network operators through rigorous testing and documentation.

This involves simulating user behavior, analyzing outcomes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to guarantee service quality and performance.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will contribute to the development and refinement of the testing playbook, ensuring that test procedures are efficient and effective.

  • Set up and operate remote test handsets at client locations to simulate real-world scenarios.
  • Perform structured NVT tests on web portals, mobile apps, and network services to evaluate their resilience and functionality.
  • Accurately log each test attempt with timestamps and observations to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution in a relevant field.
  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline to ensure accuracy and efficiency in testing and documentation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, test case logs, and documentation tools to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and address any challenges that may arise during testing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
