  6. Fostering timely material delivery requires coordination with various stakeholders.
  7. Staying updated with material quality issues and implementing measures to resolve them is vital.
  8. Ensuring documentation completion in parallel to material supply is critical for efficient operations.
  9. Reconciling ledgers of the organization and suppliers is an important task.
  10. Timely payments to suppliers are necessary to maintain healthy relationships.
  11. Maintaining a material sourcing sheet helps track inventory levels.
  12. Prequalifying potential suppliers is essential for long-term partnerships.
  13. Maintaining healthy relationships with suppliers through regular updates regarding future demands.
  14. Coordinating with the production department to meet material urgencies ensures seamless operations.
