B2B Performance Marketing SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled B2B performance marketing specialist to join our team and drive revenue growth through effective paid marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Objectives- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive B2B lead generation and improve ROAS.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to refine campaign strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in B2B performance marketing or a related field.
- Core Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, experience with budget management and performance tracking.
- Nice-to-Have Skills: Knowledge of SEO principles and strategies, experience with landing page optimization to boost lead conversion rates.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
