Job Title

We are seeking a senior software quality assurance professional to lead our product team in delivering high-quality software products.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Strategy
    • Define and own the quality vision for a modern software stack, aligned to product and business goals.
    • Build and execute a quality roadmap: automation-first strategy, non-functional excellence, and continuous improvement.
    • Establish quality governance: entry/exit criteria, release gates, readiness checklists, and risk-based testing across environments.
  • Delivery & Release Management
    • Own release health: go/no-go, rollback criteria, and post-release validation.
    • Optimize CI/CD: parallelism, caching, and quality gates.
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on quality risk registers and customer-facing communications for incidents.
  • Stakeholder Leadership
    • Act as the voice of quality to executives and customers; translate quality risks into business terms.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and SLAs/SLOs.
  • Test Design & Planning
    • Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and technical specifications.
    • Design, develop, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on requirements and acceptance criteria.
    • Ensure test coverage for functional and non-functional aspects of the software.
  • Test Execution & Reporting
    • Execute manual tests, documenting and reporting defects.
    • Perform functional, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing across multiple platforms and environments.
    • Track and document test results.
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure testing aligns with product goals.
    • Provide regular status updates on test progress and defect tracking.
    • Participate in sprint planning and reviews to provide feedback on product quality and testing requirements.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure the product meets quality standards through rigorous testing.
    • Advocate for quality within the development team by participating in code reviews.
Requirements
  • 10+ years in software testing, including leadership roles in QA/SDET teams for SaaS products.
  • Proven coding skills in at least one modern language.
  • CI/CD experience with quality gates, artifact/versioning, and environment strategy.
  • Test strategy for microservices and event-driven systems.
  • Performance testing and results analysis.
  • Test management/ALM tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with MarTech domains or working on a SaaS-based product.
  • Knowledge of API integrations and data analytics tools.
