Host and Lead Generation Specialist

Techificent is seeking a skilled Podcast Host and Sales Associate to join our team. As a Host and Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for hosting podcast episodes, identifying potential guests, conducting sales calls, and engaging with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute targeted lead-generation strategies through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and industry forums.
  2. Utilize CRM tools to track lead generation activities, maintain lead databases, and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.
  3. Identify and target potential clients and leads through research and prospecting.
  4. Conduct outreach to prospects via phone calls and social media to introduce our services and offerings.
  5. Schedule and conduct sales calls to qualify leads, understand their needs, and present relevant solutions.
  6. Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
  7. Lead podcast episodes as the primary host, guiding discussions and conducting interviews.
  8. Identify and invite potential guests to appear on the podcast, conducting outreach and scheduling interviews.
  9. Prepare for interviews by researching guests' backgrounds and areas of expertise.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles, preferably in the media or podcasting industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Passion for podcasting, storytelling, and content creation, with a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, guests, and internal stakeholders.
