Job Responsibilities:

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients on LinkedIn, converting leads into scheduled consultations for our tax and accounting services. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth through lead generation and prospecting.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Lead Identification and Prospecting:
    1. Identify potential clients who could benefit from our tax and accounting services through LinkedIn.
    2. Connect and engage with prospects using personalized messages and content.
    3. Develop strategies to target specific industries, companies, and demographics.
  2. Outreach and Engagement:
    1. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through LinkedIn messages, posts, and interactions.
    2. Schedule consultations or meetings with qualified leads for our sales team to follow up.
  3. Networking:
    1. Build a strong network of connections that can be converted into leads.
  4. Reporting and Analysis:
    1. Track and analyze the success of lead generation campaigns.
    2. Provide regular updates and insights to the team on the progress of outreach strategies.
    3. Continuously refine outreach approaches based on performance metrics and feedback.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in lead generation or business development, preferably using LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of tax and accounting services is important.
  • Ability to engage with prospects and build relationships online.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
