Quantitative Analyst

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in finance and data analysis. As a Quantitative Analyst, you will work closely with our finance team to drive business growth through advanced data analytics, automated reporting, and predictive modeling.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the accuracy of financial data during the month-end close, conducting detailed P&L analysis, and identifying opportunities to streamline close processes through automation and data integration.

Main Objectives:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive management reporting packages, including dashboards to monitor sales, gross margin, expenses, and productivity.

  • Create interactive dashboards using data visualization tools to provide real-time insights for the Management Team.

  • Perform variance analyses against budgets, forecasts, and historical data to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Provide actionable insights to optimize profitability and support special projects focused on cost reduction, profit improvement, and technology integration.

Data Modeling and Forecasting:

  • uild and maintain predictive forecasting models using statistical methods and data modeling techniques.

  • Collaborate with Finance and Management to produce annual budgets and monthly forecasts grounded in quantitative analysis.

  • Leverage advanced analytics to project business performance and assess strategic initiatives.

Systems and Process Improvement:

  • Automate repetitive financial processes, such as report generation and data consolidation, to improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • Identify and implement systems improvements to enhance data accessibility and reporting capabilities.

  • Support special projects focused on cost reduction, profit improvement, and technology integration.
