Senior HR Leader

As a Senior Human Resources Leader, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive business success.

  • Lead the development of organization-wide human resources strategies, aligned with our organizational objectives.
  • Manage daily operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to analyze data and develop recommendations for improvement.
