Job Title: Infrastructure Support Specialist

This role has been designed as an onsite position, with the expectation that you will primarily work from our office.

Job Summary:

In our Chief Technology Office, we lead the innovation agenda and technology roadmap for all of our clients. This includes managing the design, development, and product portfolio of our next-generation cloud platform. We work with customers to reimagine their IT needs, delivering simple, consumable solutions that drive business results.

Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve system and operating system issues.
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure.
  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering, with understanding of remote infrastructure.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, Linux are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, or Mac OS environments.
  • Ability to research and identify solutions to reported issues.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including setup and configuration.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work in shifts (24x7).
