Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CPD Professional to enhance employee capabilities through targeted professional development programs.

This role will work closely with HR and departmental teams to promote a culture of continuous learning, focusing on long-term growth strategies and career advancement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver CPD programs across departments, ensuring high-quality training experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee participation and progress in CPD activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external trainers to develop subject-specific learning modules.
  • Support the creation and update of professional development pathways and learning materials.
  • Ensure compliance with CPD policies and professional standards.
  • Analyze feedback on CPD sessions and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and regulatory CPD requirements.
  • Integrate CPD initiatives with the organization's broader learning and development strategy.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in professional development, training coordination, or a related HR role.
  • Familiarity with CPD frameworks and principles is highly valued.
  • Excellent administrative, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LMS platforms.
Work Arrangements:

Full-time position based in Rawalpindi Cantonment.
