  • Seeking a Merchandiser in Karachi, Pakistan
Are you a motivated and experienced merchandising expert looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandise management and excellent communication and organizational skills.

This is a contract position with the potential for extension or full-time employment. As a key member of our merchandising team, your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end merchandising process, from product selection to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution. You will conduct market research to identify current trends and consumer demands, collaborate with suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing and delivery terms, and monitor inventory levels making recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products.

Work closely with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies for products and maintain relationships with existing suppliers while identifying new potential partners. In addition, provide excellent negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers, strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends, highly organized with strong attention to detail, and able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is required, along with a minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising within the retail industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
