We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Manager to join our team. As an Online Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing our eCommerce web portal, processing online sales orders, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Replying to customer inquiries regarding products and orders.
- Processing online sales orders and keeping records up-to-date.
- Maintaining daily work logs and reporting to the supervisor.
- Managing multiple tasks with ease.
- Demonstrating strong work ethics.
- Exhibiting high motivation levels.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Online Sales.
- Able to understand and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Competent use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of e-commerce principles.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
