Job Title: Senior Operations Coordinator
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee various administrative tasks related to labour management, transport, residential facilities, mess services, maintenance, and housekeeping. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience dealing with government departments and be well-versed in computer applications and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:- Labour Management: Manage labour-related issues and ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Transport and Logistics: Coordinate transport and logistics services.
- Residential Facilities: Oversee residential facilities and ensure smooth operations.
- Mess Services: Administer mess services and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance of buildings and equipment.
- Housekeeping: Handle housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean work environment.
- Government Experience: Hands-on experience working with government departments such as Wapda, Sui Gas, EOBI, SSI, Courts, and District Government offices.
- Administrative Skills: Strong knowledge of administrative tasks including labour management, transport, residential, messing, maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computer applications and MS Office.
The selected candidate will be based in Lahore, Pakistan, and will be responsible for managing administrative tasks across various locations.
