We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day operations, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure smooth workflow across functions. This role is suitable for individuals who are organized, responsive, and eager to contribute to operational efficiency.
Job Title:Senior Operations Coordinator
Location:DHA Phase 8, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Salary: 65k to 75k
Working Hours:Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in daily operations, scheduling, and coordination between teams.
* Maintain records, reports, and operational documents.
* Track task completion and escalate delays or issues to management.
* Liaise with vendors and service providers for timely support and supplies.
* Monitor inventory, supplies, and basic procurement processes.
* Coordinate internal communications and maintain task trackers.
* Support in event planning, logistics, and office administration tasks.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
* 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
