Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients.

About the Job
  • Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on location)
Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  2. Develop custom configurations, integrations, and workflows using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  3. Design and document technical architecture, including data models, security models, and integration patterns to ensure scalability and maintainability.
  4. Create and prioritize product backlogs, allocating tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  5. Work closely with development teams to provide technical guidance and resolve complex issues, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  6. Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access levels, maintaining data integrity and quality.
  7. Configure Salesforce settings, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules to optimize system performance.
  8. Design and implement complex workflows and approval processes, streamlining business operations and improving productivity.
  9. Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access, upholding industry standards and best practices.
  10. Diagnose and resolve Salesforce issues, including performance problems and error handling, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system availability.
Requirements
  1. Salesforce Certified Administrator, or equivalent certifications, demonstrating expertise in the platform and its applications.
  2. Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs, allowing for efficient solution design and implementation.
  3. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions, driving business growth and improvement.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  5. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables, maintaining data integrity and system reliability.
  6. Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban, facilitating flexible and adaptive project management.
  7. Understanding of industry best practices and trends in Salesforce, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements.
