**Job Opportunity: Senior Manager Procurement Position**

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • The Senior Manager Procurement will be responsible for overseeing the entire purchasing process, including sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers to achieve optimal commercial and delivery terms.
  • This includes evaluating vendor quotations, advising on purchasing terms and conditions, and managing daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on purchase orders.
  • Additionally, the role involves resolving supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors, and evaluating supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time, and best prices.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The key skills required for this role include organization, negotiation, persuasion, interpersonal skills, and excellent computer skills (Microsoft applications Excel, Word, PPT, etc.).

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a high energy and fast-paced environment with critical and tight schedules, and possess good team player skills.

Additional Requirements: The successful candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
