Job Title: Procurement Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Lead to oversee the procurement function in our Supply Chain Department.

  • Lead the procurement team in securing the best possible rates through effective inquiry and quotation management.
  • Negotiate rates with suppliers to ensure optimal purchasing costs.
  • Prepare comparative statements to inform procurement decisions.
  • Coordinate the creation of purchase orders for raw materials, production materials, and other essential goods.
  • Ensure timely delivery of ordered materials by maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Manage artwork records and generate GRNs for general items only.
  • Close unnecessary open purchase orders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain minimal GR/IR by following up with suppliers for invoices.
  • Align production plans with procurement requirements to minimize material and production shortages.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of relevant procurement experience.
  • Hands-on experience with an ERP system.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.
