Job Title: Cold Calling SpecialistReach out to real estate prospects, establish initial contact and generate leads for clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential real estate leads from provided lists.
  • Introduce services and offerings to prospects in a professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with prospects and leads.
  • Ask qualifying questions to understand the prospect's real estate needs.
  • Document lead details and input them into CRM system.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for sales team.
  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly call targets and performance goals.
  • Provide feedback to management team regarding quality of leads and call scripts.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing or similar role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, driven and able to handle rejection in a professional manner.
  • Familiarity with real estate or willingness to learn about industry.
  • Ability to work during USA business hours (night shifts in Pakistan).
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data entry.
