We are seeking a strategic and ambitious Business Development Officer to drive client acquisition and partnerships in the fintech industry.
Key Responsibilities:- New Business Opportunities: Identify, pursue, and capitalize on new business opportunities in financial sectors.
- Clients Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and high-value clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Solution Development: Develop proposals and pitch tailored solutions for B2B and B2C products, aligning with clients' needs and expectations.
- Tactical Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth, leveraging data-driven insights and market trends.
- Industry Engagement: Attend industry events, networking sessions, and conduct market research to stay ahead of the competition.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM records and manage deal pipelines efficiently, ensuring timely closure and follow-up.
- Business Development Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in fintech, investment, or trading.
- Background Knowledge: Background in fintech, investment, or trading is essential, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Autonomy and Accountability: Ability to work independently, meet targets, and take ownership of projects and initiatives.
- Market Expertise: UAE market experience is highly desirable, demonstrating knowledge of local regulations, market trends, and competitive landscape.
