About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Automotive Performance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, sales, and performance improvements to car enthusiasts worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive performance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand complex technical specifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement
    • Build lasting relationships with customers by offering expert guidance on upgrade options, tuning packages, and vehicle performance improvements.
    • Educate customers on the benefits of custom service quotes tailored to their vehicle type, goals, and performance expectations.
    • Craft compelling presentations that highlight the value, reliability, and results of various upgrades.
  • Performance Sales & Quoting
    • Develop and present customized sales proposals that meet or exceed customer expectations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
    • Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for promotions, seasonal campaigns, or upsell opportunities.
  • Appointment Coordination
    • Coordinate installation or tuning appointments with certified service centers or local dealers.
    • Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
    • Ensure each customer is prepped and ready for their shop visit – no surprises, just horsepower.
  • CRM & Communications Management
    • Track all customer activity, service status, and follow-ups via CRM and calendar tools.
    • Provide regular updates to internal teams on customer progress and feedback.
  • Team Collaboration & Growth Strategy
    • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to refine outreach and boost conversion rates.
    • Contribute ideas to improve processes, procedures, and customer experience.
