We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and manage our in-house Brands across Meta platforms and major PPC channels. This role is crucial in scaling our brand's online presence, driving conversions, and optimizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) to promote the brand, generate leads, and drive sales performance.
Plan and execute paid media strategies on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant networks, with a strong focus on performance metrics.
Conduct thorough market and audience research to inform targeting, messaging, and campaign structure.
Create and test engaging ad creatives, including ad copy, visuals (carousel, video, lead forms, etc.), and landing pages tailored to brand goals.
Optimize ad performance by continuously monitoring CPC, CPA, and ROAS, ensuring efficient use of advertising budgets.
Perform keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience segmentation to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing clear insights and recommendations to improve future efforts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and product teams to align paid media efforts with brand initiatives and promotions.
Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns for a brand.
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Proficient in A/B testing, creative optimization, and budget management.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and performance improvement.
