This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through outbound prospecting efforts.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they align with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and optimize outreach campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads, ensuring prompt follow-up and nurturing throughout the sales funnel.
  • Arrange meetings and demos between qualified leads and Account Executives or Sales Representatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Continuously improve outbound outreach techniques by reviewing performance metrics and implementing feedback.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in outbound lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in B2B.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Proficiency in email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and cold calling.
  • The ability to research and identify decision-makers within target companies.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Experience in B2B sales or SaaS.
