We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and support the delivery of career services to job seekers. This role plays a pivotal part in helping job seekers land interviews and jobs.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in research, data entry, and management, as well as skills, abilities, experience, and knowledge to identify jobs that align with a job seeker's goals and correctly input information into a job application.

This is a full-time employee position based in an office setting, working hours from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm (hours are subject to change). As a Talent Outreach Specialist, you will work independently but collaborate with the Operations team to understand your roles and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to locate open job positions that align with customer goals.
  • Transfer information from intake forms and computer files into online applications efficiently.
  • Perform high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
  • Verify the integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Maintain a filing system and protect confidential customer information at all times.
  • Respond promptly to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system.
  • Maintain a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.
  • Complete additional assigned tasks as required.
