Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Career Development Specialist. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that cater to the needs of our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and project management skills, with experience in Training & Development and Learning Management. Proficiency in Instructional Design and delivery of educational materials is also essential.

The selected individual will work closely with departmental heads to identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions. The role involves creating instructional materials, delivering training sessions, managing learning management systems, and providing coaching and feedback to employees.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Training & Development and Learning Management

  • Prior Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, or a Related Field
  • 3-4 Years of Experience
