As part of our expansion, we are seeking a driven Business Development Manager / Education Counselor to play a crucial role in student enrollments and building strategic partnerships with sub-agents.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager / Education Counselor, you will be instrumental in driving CECA's growth by enrolling new students and securing partnerships with sub-agents across key markets. You will act as a bridge between students and Australian educational institutions while also fostering relationships with sub-agents to increase CECA's reach and market presence. This role combines sales, business development, and counseling, giving you the opportunity to contribute to both student success and the expansion of CECA's global network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively enroll new students by providing expert guidance on course selection, application processes, and visa procedures.
  • Offer personalized counseling to students to help them select the right courses and institutions based on their academic and career aspirations.
  • Manage the entire enrollment process, ensuring timely and successful submissions of applications, visas, and necessary documentation.
  • Maintain close communication with prospective students, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth and seamless journey from application to enrollment.

Sub-Agent Development:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new sub-agents in key markets to expand CECA's reach.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with sub-agents, providing them with training, resources, and support to effectively promote CECA's services.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sub-agent productivity, ensuring they meet sales and enrollment targets.
  • Collaborate with sub-agents to create marketing and promotional strategies that drive student interest and enrollment.
  • Monitor sub-agent performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous growth and improvement.

Business Development:

  • Actively seek new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion to increase CECA's presence within the education sector.
  • Represent CECA at international education fairs, webinars, seminars, and other networking events.
  • Foster strong relationships with educational institutions, industry partners, and stakeholders to grow CECA's network and attract more students.
  • Implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote CECA's offerings and expand student enrollments.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and education counseling (minimum of 2-5 years, with a focus on enrolling international students).
  • Solid understanding of the Australian education system and the admissions process.
  • Strong track record in recruiting and managing sub-agents to expand business reach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, agents, and institutional partners.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales and enrollment targets.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
