Project Manager Job Summary

Join our team as a Project Manager responsible for overseeing and directing our solar power plant projects team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects by maintaining high standards of efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications.
  2. Maintain open communication with clients, vendors, and project team members to ensure smooth project execution and effective problem-solving.
  3. Evaluate project progress, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address any challenges that may arise.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and resources, driving project success and delivering value to stakeholders.
  5. Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to project team members to foster growth and development.
  6. Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  2. At least 2.5-3 years of experience in technical solar projects, with a proven track record of success.
  3. Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and familiarity with project management tools.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential for this role.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
