Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Hiring Strategist to manage the entire recruitment cycle for various roles within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive hiring plans that attract diverse and qualified candidates through multiple channels.
  • Evaluate applicant qualifications through interviews, reference checks, language competency tests, and qualification comparisons.
  • Maintain accurate candidate communication and update internal databases with timely recruitment status.
  • Fulfill vacancies and inform hiring managers of successfully onboarded candidates.

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of recruiting experience in non-technical and technical roles is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or MIS.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
