Beaconhouse International College is seeking a visionary Programme Head – Law to lead and enhance the delivery of our law programmes.

The ideal candidate will provide academic leadership, ensuring the overall coherence, planning, delivery, and evaluation of the Law programme. They will lead curriculum development and enhancement, ensuring it meets quality assurance standards and student needs. Furthermore, they will collaborate with faculty, administrative teams, and students to foster a supportive and dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Academic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive plans for programme management, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  2. Curriculum Enhancement: Lead the development and review of curriculum content to ensure alignment with quality assurance standards and industry requirements.
  3. Faculty Support: Collaborate with faculty members to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  4. Student Success: Foster a supportive learning environment that promotes student success, well-being, and career readiness.
  5. Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders to ensure the programme remains relevant and effective in meeting industry needs.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 15 years of academic/industry experience OR PhD in Law with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  2. Proven expertise in programme management, curriculum development, and academic leadership.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach to leadership.
  4. Commitment to student success and academic innovation.
