We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key personnel within their organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clients: Build rapport and maintain effective working relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Meetings: Attend regular meetings with clients to discuss their needs, expectations, and concerns.
  • Concern Resolution: Identify, escalate, and resolve areas of concern raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performance Targets: Achieve client relationship targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set by the Head of Sales.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments to ensure effective delivery of client needs and expectations.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for nurturing existing relationships while identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
