Job Role: Deputy Chief Manager Consolidation

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate Estimated Revenue Requirement (ERR) / Final Revenue Requirement (FRR) / Motion for Review (MFR) & Review of Estimated Revenue Requirement (RERR) Petitions.
  • Supervise and participate in meetings with various departments to gather data requirements for petition preparation.
  • Coordinate with the Gas Purchases Section, Supervising and coordinating with the P&D and Finance department for future anticipated gas purchases.
  • Supervise and coordinate with the Sales Department to expand SSGC's customer base through strategic planning and coordination.
  • Supervise and coordinate with the Billing Department to prepare sales projections and ensure timely billing.
  • Supervise and coordinate with the UFG Division to finalize UFG targets and ensure accurate data collection.
  • Prepare and file Tariff Petitions by compiling supporting schedules and submitting petitions to OGRA for determination.
  • Ensure accurate data documentation by maintaining detailed records of petition-related information and logical reasoning.
  • Interdepartmental correspondence, coordinating responses to OGRA queries, analyzing and discussing response correctness.
  • Risk assessment and management, identifying and assessing risks under your management, developing risk response strategies, and monitoring risks and response strategies.
  • Timely issuance of notifications, ensuring timely issuance of consumer and prescribed price notifications.
  • Team support, managing and supporting team members in compiling information for revenue requirement and tariff petitions.
  • Data acquisition, acquiring data from relevant departments for RLNG volume, exchange rate, depreciation, revenue expenses, RLNG retainage rate, UFG rate, and Federal Excise duty.
  • Periodical reports, coordinating preparation of periodical reports as required by OGRA including R-LNG business.
  • Long-term investment plans, compiling company plans with respective departments for onward submission to OGRA.
  • Other operating income, compiling sales of LPG, NGL, MMP, Condensate, etc.
  • Revenue requirement case, preparing company's revenue requirement case on a periodic basis for review by senior management.
  • Timely filing of petitions, ensuring revenue petitions are filed on a timely manner.
  • Regulatory matters, responding to queries from OGRA / MoE on other regulatory matters.
  • New tariff regimes, preparing studies for new tariff regimes – OGRA / MoE / International Financial Institutions.

Qualification and Experience:

Candidate must have CA / ACMA with at least 04 years of post-qualification experience or ACCA / MBA with at least 06 years of experience. Must have experience of Rules & Regulations of Regulatory Framework.
