We are seeking a highly skilled Solar PV Project Manager to lead our technical team in Lahore.

Job Overview

This role involves proactive involvement throughout the sales process, from project initiation to delivery and support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to design solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical advice.
  • Design solar PV systems that meet client objectives and present them for approval.
  • Oversee the installation of solar PV systems according to agreed specifications.
  • Provide after-sales support and technical assistance to ensure system delivery as promised.
  • Lead onboarding and training for junior team members, developing their technical capabilities.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or environmental science.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Ability to design and implement solar PV systems.
