Marketing Expertise: Salon Product Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a focus on beauty and salon product marketing. This role requires the ability to stay at the forefront of beauty trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote salon products, including creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and coordinating with influencers. The successful candidate will also ensure that our salon product lines align with our brand values and maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing materials.

Additionally, this role involves engaging with customers, collecting feedback, and analyzing data to continuously improve product offerings and customer satisfaction. The ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and design, is essential to ensure product launches are successful and on-brand.

This position requires a creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferred, along with proven experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.
