Are you a seasoned professional with a knack for driving business growth? We're seeking a Client Communication Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced sales environments and has a passion for building strong relationships with clients. As a Client Communication Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting our software solutions.

Your primary focus will be on generating leads, securing new clients, and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with our technical team to develop customized software solutions that meet client requirements, conduct market research, and analyze customer needs, trends, and competitors' activities.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with international existing clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify potential clients and market segments, and actively prospect for new business opportunities through various platforms.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with international existing clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, or a relevant domain.
  • Proven track record in software sales or business development, preferably within a software house or technology-focused environment.
  • Experience with international markets, specifically the USA.
  • 4-7 years of experience with a software house.
  • Strong knowledge of software solutions, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
