
Senior Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales representative to drive the adoption of our curriculum textbooks among schools, colleges, and higher education institutions.
About the Role- This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our expanding team and contribute to the growth of our business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and sustaining relationships with prospective, current, and past customers through regular visits and interactions. They will also develop a contact base to drive sales in their designated territory and ensure adherence to our policies, standards, and practices in all aspects of sales.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Adoption: Promote and sell our curriculum textbooks to schools, colleges, and higher education institutions, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers, staying up-to-date on their needs and preferences.
- Sales Development: Develop a robust contact base to drive sales growth in the designated territory, utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and practices in all aspects of sales, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the relevant field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
