Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and client engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Bulk and maintain relationships with prospective clients, fostering trust and understanding of our services.
  • Maintain consistent communication with existing clients, delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, ensuring effective progression from lead generation to closure.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to establish competitive advantages and inform sales strategies.
  • Track key performance indicators to measure progress against targets and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in the sales industry.
  • Proven track record of success in the full sales cycle, including deal closing and negotiation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify solutions.
  • CRM experience is highly desirable.
