Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Professional to join our team. As a Lead Generation Professional, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients in various industries.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Identification: Utilize research skills to identify potential clients in target industries such as gaming, metaverse, AR/VR, art and design, 3D services, and enterprise tech.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to build and grow a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Lead Qualification: Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs, interests, and budgets, ensuring alignment with our services and solutions.
  • Strategy Development: Manage and coordinate sales outreach and marketing efforts to build effective lead generation strategies focused on attracting, engaging, and converting quality leads.
  • Tools & CRM: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find prospects, and keep the CRM system updated to track activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics and outreach results to refine lead generation strategies and increase conversion effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B tech or creative services environment.

Skills

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM Tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Data-Driven Mindset and Attention to Detail.
  • Ability to Work Independently and in a Collaborative Team Environment.
  • Bonus: Knowledge or Interest in Gaming, Metaverse, or XR Industries.
