This role provides administrative support to our procurement team. Key responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, maintaining inventory records, and assisting with the procurement process.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods and services
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update procurement team on stock levels
- Assist with the procurement process, including preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries
- Communicate with internal teams for information and updates on procurement status
- Monitor procurement expenses and assist with budget management
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Provide support to the procurement team as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in administration or procurement
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with procurement software preferred
- Knowledge of procurement procedures and regulations
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
