Project Coordination Role

This project coordination position offers a challenging opportunity to develop and manage projects from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules, including timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to guarantee that projects are completed within defined parameters.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues, and ensuring that milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage project dependencies and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including project sponsors, business stakeholders, and development teams.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, project charters, risk and issue logs, and status reports.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards, including PMI's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
  • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans and schedules, manage project scope, budget, and schedule, and identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to identify solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience with project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Project management certification, such as PMP or Prince2, is a plus.

Work Arrangements:

  • Full-time work arrangement.
  • 10am-7pm working hours.
  • Located in DHA Sector F Rawalpindi.
