Lead Visionary in Public Policy and Leadership

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to head our Public Policy and Leadership initiative. As a premier institution driving innovation and excellence, we aim to cultivate the next generation of leaders for Pakistan.

The successful candidate will play a foundational role in institution-building, setting academic direction, leading faculty recruitment, building national and international partnerships, and ensuring impact-oriented teaching, research, and policy engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • PhD in a relevant social science discipline from a reputable institute.
  • At least 15 years of relevant academic, research, and leadership experience.
  • A strong record of scholarly publications in reputable journals with a significant impact factor.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership roles, such as Dean, Director, or Chairperson.
  • Proven ability to design and lead academic programs and institutional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the strategic plan for the establishment and growth of the Public Policy and Leadership initiative.
  • Design and implement rigorous academic programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels in governance and public policy.
  • Operationalize practitioners courses / certifications / training modules for continuous professional education and mid and senior leadership training.
  • Introduce innovative pedagogical practices including simulations, policy labs, and field-based research.
  • Cultivate partnerships with government agencies, legislative bodies, international development organizations, private sector entities, and academic institutions.
  • Secure external funding, grants, and philanthropic support for school development and research.
