Job Description

The Field Operations Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day activities at healthcare facilities related to the Integrated TB, Asthma, COPD, and Mental Health Service Delivery in Rural Sindh. This role involves managing resources for field health workers and community mobilizers/counselors, implementing intervention tools, and ensuring effective service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact between field health workers, community mobilizers/counselors, and district coordinators.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for coordination between Primary Healthcare (PHC) facilities.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with healthcare providers and facilities to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and support the implementation of programs across Health Facilities.
  • Build and sustain partnerships with healthcare partners, NGOs, government bodies, and local organizations to enhance healthcare delivery.
  • Coordinate with public and private sector partners, health facilities, and private practitioners to establish effective referral and linkage mechanisms.
  • Collect data from the field team and ensure tasks are completed before deadlines.
  • Provide logistical, administrative, and operational support to the Primary Healthcare team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Public Health, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of previous experience in field and data roles within the development sector.
  • Proficiency in data management, including collection, cleaning, and basic analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under tight timelines.
