Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Impact Manager to lead our project initiatives in flood-affected districts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social studies, sociology, and/or relevant fields from a recognized university.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, implementation, review, and analysis of project activities, including:
- Formation and capacity building of Village Climate Adaptation Forums (VCAF)
- Provision of Emergency Response toolkits to Village Climate Adaptation Forums (VCAF)
- Development of in-depth understanding of project documents and business processes for planning and implementation of Livelihood, WASH CPIs & Solarization activities
- Maintenance of close coordination with Local Government Department and Public Health Engineering Department at district level
- Leadership and supervision of field team to ensure quality work in flood-affected districts
- Orientating and facilitating project staff about project activities
The selected candidate will also be responsible for submitting daily, weekly, and monthly updates, organizing project implementation meetings, evaluating the project's smooth functioning, preparing internal and external reports, monitoring budget and cash flows, and providing support to team members in implementing projects.
