Job Title: Segment Marketing Manager

The role involves designing and managing end-to-end product launches and campaigns for Prepaid Segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing segment strategies, including product portfolio enrichment, subscriber base management, and revenue maximization.
  • Creating dashboards to monitor internal and external KPIs with a focus on changing trends.
  • Identifying gaps in the portfolio and proposing changes for implementation.
  • Generating new ideas for revenue growth and subscriber engagement.
  • Analyzing problems and presenting solutions.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams for operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and build reports at tactical and strategic levels.
  • Passion for learning, sharing ideas, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
