Job Title: Senior Financial StrategistWe are seeking an accomplished Senior Financial Strategist to lead our financial operations, manage a team, and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions.
  2. Accounting and Finance Operations: Oversee daily accounting functions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring accuracy and compliance with global standards.
  3. Taxation and Compliance: Manage taxation matters, filings, and audits with precision, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate reporting.
  4. Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop junior finance staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth within the team.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, ACCA, CMA, or CA is preferred, though your overall expertise is most important.
  • At least 7 years of experience leading accounting and finance functions, with a proven track record of success.
  • A deep understanding of financial regulations and standards, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership skills that inspire and motivate teams, with a focus on driving business results.
  • Proficiency with financial tools such as QuickBooks, ERP systems, or similar.
