Job Title: International Trade Operations Manager

About the Role:

  • Lead and oversee the efficient processing of international export documentation, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Provide prompt responses to customer queries and complaints via multiple communication channels.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain teams to monitor order progress and coordinate dispatch.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of international orders and shipments for global customers.
  • Negotiate with shipping companies to secure favorable transit times and freight rates that enhance competitiveness.
  • Process and accurately file rebates for international shipments.
  • Contribute to sales growth by supporting market leadership initiatives and revenue expansion.
  • Analyze and optimize export operations from initial sales order to dispatch, minimizing delays and costs.
  • Cordinate with government agencies for attestation and endorsement of export documents.
  • Evaluate and engage reputable freight forwarders/shipping lines while maintaining awareness of export tariffs, licenses, and restrictions.
