Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-driven architecture graduate to join our team. As a Fresh Graduate Architect, you will be responsible for assisting senior architects in developing concept designs and detailed architectural drawings.

Your responsibilities will include preparing accurate floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations using industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. You will also conduct site visits and surveys to support design documentation, research building codes, materials, and sustainability standards to inform project development, and collaborate with engineers, consultants, and project teams throughout the design and construction phases.

Additionally, you will support in preparing presentations, reports, and permit documents, and learn and grow through mentorship and active participation in live projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent (recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience)
  • Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
  • Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and time-management skills
