About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Overall responsibility for planning, implementing, reviewing, and analyzing project activities to achieve project objectives.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local government departments and public health engineering department at district level.
  3. Supervise and lead field teams to ensure quality work and adherence to project requirements.
  4. Orientate and facilitate project staff on project activities and requirements.
  5. Prepare and submit regular updates, reports, and presentations as needed.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Social Studies, Sociology or relevant field from HEC recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in project management and implementation in NGOs/INGOs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
