We're looking for a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Oxbridge Digital and take on the challenge of promoting our properties in the real estate sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase property visibility and drive sales.
  2. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and drive revenue growth.
  4. Organize and participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events to showcase our properties.
  5. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
