Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced RBI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RBI (Risk-Based Inspection) and pressure systems in the upstream oil and gas sector.

Responsibilities:

  • RBI study of assets, including preparation of line listing and collection of design & operating data of static equipment.
  • Set up and update RBI & conventional inspection data in UEPL-approved software.
  • Ensure data accuracy in UEPL-approved software.
  • Verify compliance with UEPL procedures, HSE objectives, and Performance Contract.
  • Conduct Safety audits, SC's, and SOC's.
  • Maintain housekeeping of concerned offices and workplaces.

Requirements:

  • Professional Engineer degree (graduate in engineering).
  • API 580 certification.
  • Knowledge or certification of relevant API codes, i.e., API 510, API 570, API 653, and API 571.

Experience:

  • 10 years' experience in RBI.
  • At least 5 years' experience in RBI pressure systems in the upstream oil and gas sector.
  • Good command over inspection database management software like ACET, PALLADIO, etc.
  • Good command over RBI software / sheets (experience with Palladio is advantageous).

Notes:

  • The final interview would be conducted by the client.
  • Overtime/TADA will be applicable as per policy and approval of the client.
  • Field engineers will follow a 21 days off and 21 days onsite rotation. No annual or casual leaves will be accepted for field engineers.
  • Engineers will work from Monday to Friday and sit in Karachi Bureau Office or at UEPL head office.
