About This Role

This is a career-defining opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

As a CRM Techno-Functional Mid-Level Consultant, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Your strong functional knowledge of Sales Lifecycle, Field Service, Customer Engagement, Business Process Flows, and CRM Configuration & Administration will enable you to deliver tailored CRM solutions.

You will lead solution architecture and development of end-to-end CRM systems using C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Power Platform technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects, including consultation, implementation, customization, integration, and support services.
  • Lead testing and deployment processes, ensuring solution scalability, performance, and security across environments.
  • Develop and maintain reusable components, plugins, custom workflow activities, PCF controls, custom connectors, and SSRS/Power BI reports.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver tailored CRM solutions aligned with business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6–8 years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM implementation and solution development.
  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages), C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies.
  • Proven experience in developing custom CRM components and integrations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
