About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Implementation Strategist to partner with our Sales and Customer Success teams in delivering technical engagements during the pre-sales process. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer business needs and be skilled at crafting solutions that align with those needs.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities by comprehending client requirements and delivering compelling solutions.
  • Create and present customer-centric solutions, including prospect presentations and RFP responses, ensuring they align with the client's objectives.
  • Work directly with clients to guide them through the change management process during the implementation of telematics solutions, offering support and strategies to ensure seamless adoption and integration into their fleet operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services, SaaS solutions, or a similar field, with a strong focus on customer engagement and solution development. Experience in the trucking, logistics, or related industries is an advantage, though not required.
